I had 2 strokes when I was 5 yrs. old. & thedoctors said it was a seizure-like behavior. & they said stress can increase the risk of another stroke.

I find myself having panic attacks frequently (sometimes i find myself days or even weeks without one then all of a sudden it comes on strongly!) i find it hard to breathe and i get dizzy and light headed. I don’t know what triggers it off but i get really worried and that makes it even WORSE!
How can i calm myself during one? It’s totally ruining my life!
I don’t want to use any sort of medication because that just sounds wrong to me.

I have a heart murmur and heart palpultations, but this felt completely different. I didn’t feel good laying down it only made it worse. It felt a little better when I stood or sat up. I told her this is something different and I want to been seen today, she said you know stop driving, IN SUCH A RUDE WAY! She also said you keep calling and calling here and I’ve seen you so many times. I don’t know what to do, any advice?
